Terms and Conditions
1. Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Products will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.
3. Colours are subject to availability and are not reserved until paid for in full.
4. Refunds will not be issued unless all products are returned unopened. Postage and handling will not be refunded and an administration fee of 10% of the total cost will be applied. Throwing cones are charged an additional 50% assembly fee as these are manufactured when your order is placed.
6. Orders are non refundable after 7 days from receipt of the goods.
7. Australian orders will be sent approximately one month before your wedding. Please allow a further 7 to 14 days for delivery. International orders will be sent earlier.
8. A minimum order of AUD $100 applies for all international orders due to the high cost of export documentation.
8. Australian orders are sent via registered mail unless express postage is paid for. International orders are sent via Air.
9. Please make all cheques and money orders payable to Simply Rose Petals.
10. If paying by bank deposit please include your surname in the reference field so we know whom the payment is from. 11. If paying via credit card please do not send your credit card details via email.
12. All currency will be charged in Australian dollars. |
