Australian Customers

For our Australian customers we have two methods of shipping: Standard and Express delivery.

Both postal services are tracked so we can locate your parcel from the moment it leaves our packaging shed to its safe arrival in your hands.

Standard is via Registered Post and takes approximately 7 days for delivery whereas Express is a guaranteed 2 day delivery service to anywhere in Australia.

Please allow additional time for the printing and assembly of rose petal cones as well as the packaging and despatch of all orders. If you are concerned about delivery dates, please call us on 1300 785 101 to discuss your individual needs.

Orders can be taken up to 12 months in advance of your special event. Once payment has been received your chosen colour is guaranteed. Your order is then shipped approximately 4 weeks before your event so that you receive it 2 to 3 weeks prior.

International Customers

We like to look after all our customers, no matter where they are located. For this reason, our postage and handling fee is very affordable for international customers.

For our international customers we ship by Air which takes approximately 1 to 3 weeks delivery. For customers needing their products sooner we have an Express Courier which is a 2 to 7 day delivery service to anywhere in the world.

The Express Courier service has full tracking so we can locate your parcel anywhere in the world. Air does not have full tracking.

Due to the high cost of export documentation, a minimum order of AUD$100 applies for all international orders.

The best thing to do - place your order early so you can guarantee your chosen colour and save on postage and handling!
