Our Mission
Simply Rose Petals will continue as the world's leading specialists in rose petals, delivering premium quality products and exceptional customer service.

My mother, Jan Slater, and I founded Simply Roses in 2004 after growing rose for Metropolitan florists over 20 years. In November 2006 we changed our name to Simply Rose Petals.

As the first Australian rose growers to produce primarily for premium dried rose petals, we now supply brides all over Australia and overseas.

A very family orientated business, my grandmother, Fay Arthur, and stepfather, Brian Slater, contribute a great deal to the business. With rose petals grown on our exclusive rose farm in north-west Victoria, Simply Rose Petals is 100% Australian owned and operated.

For the last few years we have continually trialled different rose varieties for their drying properties and petal quality. As a result we now have thousands of plants dedicated specifically to producing for dried rose petals.

In an extensive process we have developed a sophisticated world class commercial drying facility for our rose petals. The rose petals are dried efficiently and the ultimate quality is maintained. This year was a huge year for expansion, with our drying room quadrupling in size and our rose farm almost doubling in production capacity.

In May 2005, Simply Rose Petals became an accredited Australian Bridal Service Business. In the same month we were thrilled to be awarded with the Best Site Award at the I-Do I-Do Creations bridal expo.

Our success has continued with Simply Rose Petals being a finalist for two years running in the Swan Hill Region Business Excellence Awards. To top it all off I have personally had the most phenomenal year - all of which I can thank my dedicated family, friends and staff for their support.

A highlight of my career as co-Business Owner of Simply Rose Petals, has been my selection as a finalist in two categories of the 2006 Telstra Business Women's Awards. The entire process was an incredible experience from an educational and networking perspective.

Having just extended our colour range to release the largest colour range in the world, I am looking forward to an even more successful 2007!
